Reagan becomes upset when she realizes that not everyone thinks she is hip and cool anymore. Especially when a man who works at a coffee shop calls her “ma’am.” She feels a little better when her dentist starts showing her a lot of attention.
Ava and guest star Sean Hayes are put in charge of the spooky Halloween house in her neighborhood but go overboard. She only does it because she realizes she has no relationships with any of her neighbors. FUAva hahahaha.
I feel like this episode has been done many times over on other shows….new material people, that’s all I’m asking.
Again, Raegan and Chris think they are becoming boring old parents and decide to go out and have a fun Saturday night, but there’s one thing missing: the perfect babysitter.
They commit the ultimate no no in fellow parentship and steal their neighbors babysitter….two of them. Both babysitters go wrong in different ways (one starts dating Raegan’s brother and the other goes back to the neighbors after she is on to their game).
In other news, Ava and her boyfriend are DISGUSTING and Raegan and Chris get thrown out of a rock concert.
Can I just say how pleased I am that this show returned for a 2nd season? I know it was one of those ones that could have gone either way and I am very glad that that they chose to bring it back. I hope its ratings are good.
In the season opener we see a much bigger Amy (who is so stinkin’ cute), Raegan and Ava losing their jobs on Ava, Raegan in turn becoming a stay at home mom (which is highly amusing because Raegan is obviously a career woman…I give this 4 minutes), and the newest addition to the already stellar cast, Raegans brother, Scott.
I very much enjoyed the scene where Ava is kissing all the babies (and some adults) in the park. Maya Rudolph is a comedic masterpiece of a woman, honestly.
