Early Viewing: Masters of Sex Pilot

I had the pleasure of viewing Showtime’s Masters of Sex a whole two weeks early!  I was not disappointed, but to be honest, it seems like a better movie than a television show.  I cannot see how it can have more than one season, but as we have seen with other shows of that nature, if people like it than the producers will make it happen.  I want to applaud Lizzy Caplan’s acting in the portrayal of her character, Virginia.  Sometimes, I have a very hard time seeing her as anybody other than Janice Ian (YOUR MOM’S CHEST HAIR!) and she is barely recognizable in this role! I am excited to see how this progresses….if it progresses!

Masters of Sex premieres on Showtime at 10 pm  on Sunday, September 29th!
